Excellent customer service, very crooked tile.

The Floorz team was amazing! However, the Daltile Vertuo in the color Composer, was not rectified. The tile were more trapezoid shaped instead of rectangular. This meant a lot of extra time for our installers and made it more expensive! We also used the same collection but chose the color Bravura for the other two bathrooms. That tile was actually rectified properly. I think Daltile owes me some installation $$!
