The product was ok, some of the tiles were warped and thus unusable but we had ordered extra so it worked out fine. My experience was defined by the dedication of Diane to make sure that we received the tile, not once but twice, since the shipping company destroyed the first shipment in transit. Diane was kind, she was responsive and she was great at her job. I will use FloorZZ on our next project because of her and have recommended her to friends working on home remodels.
