From the beginning to the end everything was perfect. Jamie is the one who helped me and she did everything she could do to find the tile we were looking for and could not find since it had recently been discontinued. She found the tile in 2 different stores and sent information on the pickup and how everything would work. We picked up the tile at the 2 stores with ease. The tile was just as it was supposed to be, payment was easy, and the complete transaction was great!
