Pro Plus floors are fully waterproof. The flooring will never swell if exposed or in direct areas of water. It can be installed in wet areas and it will not expand under normal conditions. Pro Plus floors will never need any expansion strips in a large room area. Each plank has a cork underlayment for a more quiet vinyl floor.
