MH - Shower Tile

I am very happy with Floorzz and the online ordering process, customer service was very good! Tiles were shipped from a different location and a few of the wall tiles were chipped in the corners. Due to the pattern in the tile, it made it harder to match, fortunately my installer was very meticulous. Jolly trim tiles were delayed and didn't arrive till the tile install was started. They did a great job of finding a warehouse that had stock and shipping to me while my installer was still here. Floorzz did process a refund for the broken tiles. Ordering online is always chancy no matter what you order. In addition to the 10% that is recommended, I suggest another 5-10% when ordering online, especially if the tile has a pattern.
