Excellent. 3 out of the 7 boxes arrived damaged even though they were well packaged. 2 of those boxes were completely unusable. We contacted the company via the website using the refund form. Once they received our pictures documenting the damage they immediately shipped 3 more boxes. Those arrived with only 1 tile having a small corner broken. We are so happy with the customer service and love our finished product.
