It was very easy to order my tile. I wanted to make sure there was enough in stock before ordering, and the online chat person answered my question immediately. The tile arrived soon after ordering it. I probably had 12 boxes, and one had broken tile. They had an easy process to inform them about the broken tile and they quickly sent me a new box. They also asked if I preferred a refund. I found them to be a very trustworthy business.
