Channing joined our team about a year ago in April 2021. She is from Fort Walton Beach, but (fun fact!) she was born in Germany. She is a great asset to both Renovation Flooring and @Floorzz and stays pretty busy during the day as the Product Manager. Three words that she would use to best describe the whole company are: evolving, family-oriented, and incredible owner leadership! (yes, we know it’s more than three words, but that’s the only way to go!)
In her spare time, Channing enjoys going on nature walks and boating with her husband and their 2-year-old. Her other hobbies include reading books and spending time as a family. Her friends would describe her as kind-hearted, compassionate, and an animal lover. If she won the lottery, she would go on vacation and do some traveling, and maybe even take another cruise with the family!

When Channing was younger she wanted to be a singer or an actress, but growing up she enjoyed working as a teacher. She discovered the love for design and helping people choose the best products for their home renovations, that’s why she joined Renovation Flooring and Floorzz. In her current position, she appreciates mentors like Brandon Stricklin (our Floorzz e-Commerce Director) for being patient with her. In the past 5 years, Channing learned to “get the negative energy out of her life and not sweat the small stuff”. We love her spirit!
From all the products that we offer to our customers, Channing chose as her favorite Marazzi Artistic Reflections Hexagon Mosaic Tile in Wave Glossy variation. It’s great as a pop of color in your kitchen or bathroom, while glossy finish creates a flow of movement across the surface. Plus, geometric shapes are very popular in recent design trends.
