We recently ordered tile for a bathroom remodel. I spoke/chatted with a couple different people about the product we ordered, and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions--questions about the tile itself and about the shipping and potential return/replacement policies. They were also very friendly and prompt in the correspondence. A small number of tiles arrived damaged and they very kindly, and very quickly, sent replacements. Solid work on their part. Thank you!!
