Exceptional Customer Service

I recently ordered several cartons of Highland Park 4x12 kitchen backsplash subway tiles from Floorzz to complete my new backsplash which had not been measured properly by my contractor. Unfortunately, these tiles were in very short supply and after unsuccessfully contacting several companies Floorzz was able to locate the tiles and expedite my order. The tiles arrived but 70% of the tiles were broken. These particular tiles crack easily and should have required special packing at the Distributor's warehouse. I called customer support and spoke with Jamie who had helped me with the initial order. She asked me to send her pictures of the damaged tiles which I did. She immediately expedited a replacement order for the damaged tiles which I received a few days later securely packed. I was extremely impressed with the efforts, response and followup of Jamie and a teammate who went the extra mile during a busy Holiday week.
