Great product. Great overall experience. I was a bit apprehensive about buying flooring online after Reading some bad review about similar online companies. I decided to take the risk as a he price was half of what I would have paid at a local store. I had several questions as I had never ordered or installed flooring before and the customer service team helped answer all my questions and left me feeling confident in my decision. The customer service team is small and effective I often spoke with the same individuals making everything that much easier. They responded to emails and questions very fast usually within minutes. The icing on the cake is they offer a first responder discount. If you are looking for the personal and friendly buying experience of a local store without paying twice as much this is the way to go!
