The initial shipment was delivered with many tiles just wrapped in plastic and not in boxes. I also received 45 sq ft. less than ordered. Molly at Floorzz was amazing and resolved the issue as fast as she could. I really appreciated the great customer service and the second shipment of tile were all in boxes and in good condition!
