The experience we had purchasing our wood floors through Floorzz was stellar! We wanted to replace carpeting in three rooms to match the existing wood floors running throughout the house. After researching where we might still locate the product, we were in great luck when we found that Floorzz was among some companies that carried the Avaron Collection European White Oak - Niebla Gray wood, and Floorzz had the required amount of square footage for our project. We were in great luck when we chose to purchase the product through Floorzz, and even greater luck with the associate that we worked with. The associate I refer to is Miss Cheyenne. I might add that we reside in South Carolina and were purchasing remotely via telephone communication. Cheyenne is one of the most impressive professionals I have ever dealt with. She is proficient, engaged, knowledgeable, and totally delightful. Cheyenne took amazing care of every single request and question I had, and if she wasn't immediately available when I called or texted - she got back to me very quickly.
