The ordering process was easy. I had all my questions answered quickly and kindly. I searched for this tile after finding out it was exactly like the Bedrosian Cloe tile which was out of stock everywhere. This one ended up being slightly cheaper and was only backordered for a few weeks. The tile arrived in great condition, packed perfectly. The one hiccup was almost every tile has little lines of what looks like glue over the face of them. We will have to spend a good portion of time cleaning them before we can install them. If that was not an issue, this order would receive 5 stars!

Love the tile! I was as hesitant at first as I don’t live nearby so shipping was a bit pricy as tile is heavy. Well worth it! Floorzz customer service is AMAZING! Love Jamie & the others. Highly recommend Floorzz!!!
