Best customer service experience!!

We needed a box of our flooring that was installed 3 years ago from another store. I was thrilled at the top notch customer service that a I received. We were told that Mannington moved their production to Viet Nam from China due to supply chain issues and other delays. The catch was that the locking system changed when they did this so we needed the specific locking system to match our current floors. A CSR reached out to their supplier who told us that the flooring’s locking system in their stock was the same as ours. So we purchased a box not only for our kitchen remodel but to have extra on hand in case we needed to replace a tile. Delivery was fast and the cost was reasonable.
